- **[Send events API](/docs/reference/api/send-events/).** See what happened to every message you send from an Agent Account or through Transactional send: accepted, delivered, bounced, marked as spam, or rejected, for each recipient, with the bounce reason from the recipient's mail server. Track your delivery, bounce, and complaint rates over time, get a health grade with the likely cause of a problem, and break the rates down by sending domain, Agent Account, or recipient domain.
- **[Tracking events API](/docs/reference/api/tracking-events/).** See every open and link click on your tracked messages, and compare open and click rates across date ranges, sending domains, and Agent Accounts.
- **[Send alerts API](/docs/reference/api/send-alerts/) and the [`alert.triggered`](/docs/reference/notifications/send-alerts/alert-triggered/) notification.** Create a rule for your bounce, complaint, or delivery rate, and get a webhook notification when a sending domain crosses it.
