Welcome, friends, to our monthly episode of New in Nylas! 👋 It's starting to heat up here in the northern hemisphere — hopefully you're all keeping cool. As usual, we have some exciting new features in store for you. But first…

### Did you know we have RSS feeds?

Point your RSS reader at us to subscribe to our [SDK changelogs](/atom-changelogs.xml), our [product Release notes](/atom-relnotes.xml), or [both](/atom.xml).

> **Success:**
> **As a friendly reminder, Nylas maintains compatibility within major versions**. This means you don’t need to do anything to use the features we’re talking about here.

## Nylas API improvements and bug fixes

- Added `include_tracking_options` to the `field` query parameter on the [Get all Messages endpoint](/docs/reference/api/messages/get-messages/). You can use this to get the [tracking settings](/docs/v3/email/message-tracking/) for each message.
- Added support for the `query_imap` query parameter on the [Update Message Attributes endpoint](/docs/reference/api/messages/put-messages-id/).
- Added the `tentative_as_busy` parameter to the [Get Free/Busy Schedule endpoint](/docs/reference/api/calendar/post-calendars-free-busy/). When `true`, Nylas treats tentative event slots on a user's calendar as busy in the free/busy schedule.
- (Microsoft only) Added the `single_level` parameter to the [Get all Folders endpoint](/docs/reference/api/folders/get-folder/). When `true`, Nylas retrieves folders from a single-level hierarchy only.

## Nylas SDK changelogs

Our intrepid team of developers is always working to improve Nylas, and that includes the SDKs that we maintain. We had a few updates to the SDKs throughout the month:

- **Node.js SDK**: [v7.10.0](/docs/new/v3-changelogs/2025-05-27-node-sdk-v7-10-0/)
- **Kotlin/Java SDK**: [v2.9.0](/docs/new/v3-changelogs/2025-05-27-java-sdk-v2-9-0/)
