When you sync email messages and data using the ActiveSync protocol, the server might return a 111
or 85
error code. These errors are usually temporary.
When this happens, Nylas retries the request following ActiveSync’s suggested procedures. If Nylas repeatedly receives the same error despite multiple attempts, it might stop syncing the affected account.
If Nylas keeps encountering the same error, contact your email administrator or provider to help diagnose issues on the server.
