Nylas requires a secure connection to email servers to sync and send email messages. Because of this, the server must either have SSL/TLS enabled, or must have the capability to upgrade to a secure connection using STARTTLS. If SSL/TLS is disabled on your email server, contact your email administrator or provider to help update the server’s settings.
