ExtractAI is deprecated. The Order Consolidation API and ExtractAI notification triggers (message.intelligence.order, message.intelligence.tracking, message.intelligence.return) are no longer available. This page is retained for historical reference only.

We’re thrilled to announce that Nylas ExtractAI has launched and is now Generally Available (GA)! 🎉

What’s new?

You can now enable ExtractAI in the Nylas Dashboard and use it to parse e-commerce order and shipment information from your end users’ email inboxes. This release includes…

• New notification triggers: message.intelligence.tracking and message.intelligence.order.
• New Order Consolidation endpoints:
  • GET /v3/grants/<NYLAS_GRANT_ID>/consolidated-order: Return a list of extracted orders.
  • GET /v3/grants/<NYLAS_GRANT_ID>/consolidated-shipment: Return a list of extracted shipments.
