Track your delivery, bounce, and complaint rates over time, get a health grade with the likely cause of a problem, and break the rates down by sending domain, Agent Account, or recipient domain.
- Tracking events API. See every open and link click on your tracked messages, and compare open and click rates across date ranges, sending domains, and Agent Accounts.
- Send alerts API and the
alert.triggerednotification. Create a rule for your bounce, complaint, or delivery rate, and get a webhook notification when a sending domain crosses it.
