[2025-04-30] New in Nylas - May 2025

Welcome, friends, to our monthly episode of New in Nylas! 👋 Things are looking a bit different around here, huh? We’ve been hard at work revamping our site for a while now, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you! We’ll talk about it, and everything else that happened at Nylas this month, but first…

Did you know we have RSS feeds?

Nylas v2 deprecation news

Nylas v3 is our faster, more reliable, easier to use new platform, and we can’t wait to show you what you’re missing.

Introducing group events for Scheduler

You can now use the Scheduler group events endpoints to schedule and manage group events in Scheduler. For more information, check out Set up group meetings.

Manage API keys with new endpoints

You can now use the Manage API keys endpoints to manage your API keys programmatically.

Nylas API improvements and bug fixes

Debuting our new docs site

We’re making today a day for announcing big changes. Today officially marks the debut of our new docs site! 🎉 We’ve overhauled everything, and we’re continuing to work on making the site even better in the background — look out for other changes over the next few months.

This is a big change, but not to worry: any bookmarks you have leading to the v3 prose docs will still work! (If they don’t, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.) Because of the way our new API renderer creates URLs, though, you’ll need to update any of your bookmarks for our API references.

Now that Nylas v2 is deprecated, we’ve also completely separated the v2 docs. You’ll still be able to access them for now, but they’re hosted on our old platform.

That’s all for now

As always, we appreciate you joining us for our release. If you want to keep an eye on what’s coming to Nylas next, you can check our public roadmap.

Your feedback and suggestions about the Nylas platform are always welcome. If you have any comments or suggestions on the documentation, you can also drop us a line.

Until next time! 👋
