Welcome, friends, to our monthly episode of New in Nylas! 👋 Lots of things are changing right now, and we’re excited to give you a look. But first…
Did you know we have RSS feeds?
Point your RSS reader at us to subscribe to our SDK changelogs, our product Release notes, or both.
As a friendly reminder, Nylas maintains compatibility within major versions. This means you don’t need to do anything to use the features we’re talking about here.
Updates to our platform packages
If you take a look at our pricing page, you’ll notice some changes there: we’re updating and simplifying our platform packages. If you’re already one of our customers, don’t worry! Nothing changes for you immediately. Your Nylas representative will reach out to you in the coming days to discuss your next steps.
As part of these changes, we’re also updating our support plans. As of July 1, 2025, our customers who don’t have contracts with us will be directed to our community forums for questions, troubleshooting, and sharing your wins. If you have a contract with us, you’ll still be able to reach out to Nylas Support whenever you need to.
Any outstanding tickets will be resolved by Nylas Support, regardless of your plan. For more information, see How to get support.
